How do I book an appointment with an RVT?
You can book an appointment by visiting our "Find Services" page, searching for RVTs in your area, and selecting a professional that meets your needs. Click "View Profile" and then "Book Service" to schedule your appointment.
What qualifications do your RVTs have?
All RVTs on our platform are licensed veterinary technicians who have completed accredited veterinary technology programs and passed the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE). We verify all credentials before approval.
How much do services cost?
Service costs vary by location, service type, and RVT experience. Each RVT sets their own rates, which are displayed on their profile. You'll see the exact cost before booking any service.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty through your account dashboard or by contacting the RVT directly. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees as set by the individual RVT.
Do you offer emergency services?
While some of our RVTs offer urgent care services, for true emergencies, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic or call 911. Our platform is designed for scheduled appointments and routine care.
