Registered Veterinary Technicians are educated, passionate, highly skilled professionals who are integral to every veterinary team. Felix and Fido was created to empower credentialed Veterinary Technicians to practice with autonomy while maintaining work‑life balance and financial stability.

Reception & Technical Support Team

We're seeking experienced reception staff with a strong veterinary or medical background. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for pet owners and RVTs, which means you need to:

  • Recognize when callers need immediate emergency care and direct them to the nearest emergency hospital or their primary veterinarian
  • Dispatch RVTs to clients in their area and coordinate scheduling
  • Troubleshoot website technical issues and help clients and RVTs set up profiles
  • Provide clear, compassionate communication and support

Clinical Relations Team

We're also growing our Clinical Relations team, responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with veterinary hospitals across North America. In this role, you'll:

  • Reach out to veterinary clinics who refer clients to Felix and Fido
  • Support and nurture those relationships through regular communication and follow‑up
  • Educate veterinary teams on how Felix and Fido can support their clients' at‑home care needs
  • Serve as a liaison between our platform and the veterinary community

Flexible Schedule

You are entirely in control of your schedule and can set your availability based on your lifestyle and commitments. While there are no mandatory shifts, we do expect a professional commitment to the clients and appointments you accept.
