Karman was great with my senior dog, helping to calm her before doing the blood pressure reading and then waiting another 15 minutes to ensure she was even less stressed. The reason for the four stars is I found the website a bit frustrating. Some of the windows are not large enough to work within, especially the payment window! Other than that it was a good experience.
